My session with little Louis was my first of 2012, we were supposed to have it at the beginning of December but, unfortunately, the whole family were struck down by a bug so we had to reschedule. Looking at the glorious sunshine and golden colours of Bushy Park, Teddington, you would not have guessed it was the deep mid winter! The weather was on our side.
We started the photo shoot at the family's home in Isleworth - I arrived to photograph Louis just waking after his morning nap. I love snapping away to capture everyday moments of family life. Louis loved all the cuddles and tickles on his mummy and daddy's bed!
We then headed for Bushy Park were Louis really kept me on my toes! This is always the case with toddlers and I was more than happy to take his lead. Our patience was rewarded when he decided to plonk himself down in the middle of the path and show me a rather gorgeous toothless smile. It was a perfect morning and we even managed to get photographs of Louis sitting in his mum's childhood wicker chair.
